Information regarding incidents, such as a serious accident or a serious breach of legal obligations requiring the involvement of a regulatory authority, whether directly provided by the certified customer (see G 8.5.3) or determined directly by the audit team during the special audit (G 9.6 .4.2), provide the certification body with the basis for the determination of the measures to be taken. This can include suspension or withdrawal of the certification in cases where a major system failure in compliance with OH&S-certification requirements can be demonstrated. These requirements must be part of the certification agreement between the certification body and the organization.
